About the role:We are seeking an
Automation AI Tester with 3–8 years of experience to support business and automation testing across the project lifecycle. The role involves test execution, stakeholder collaboration, project reporting, and leveraging AI-driven automation tools to improve business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools, automation testing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in the financial services domain is preferred. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, requiring 3 days of work from the office and occasional client visits.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Support business and automation testing activities across various project phases.
- Ensure timely execution of test cases and escalate defects/issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track issues, and communicate updates effectively.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentation decks for project reporting, updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to automate processes using AI-driven or other tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
Requirements
Required Skills:- 3–8 years of relevant experience in business testing, automation testing, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience on AI implementation and AI tools
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with automation tools or AI-led process improvements.
- Background in financial services or experience working with firms.
