Java Automation Test Engineer

  • Contract: 12‑month Fixed Term Contract (Potential Permanent Conversion)

About the Opportunity

We’re recruiting an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join a high‑performing delivery team working across complex, enterprise‑scale client systems. This role suits professionals who are passionate about quality engineering, test automation, and improving delivery outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and maintaining Java‑based automation test frameworks
  • Developing and executing automated test suites using Selenium
  • Embedding testing within CI/CD pipelines
  • Working closely with developers to drive quality‑first approaches
  • Contributing to automation testing strategies
  • Identifying defects early and improving system reliability
  • Supporting continuous improvement in testing practices

Requirements
