About the role:

The role demands here that the candidate should have working experience into Functional testing (i.e. to create the test cases, test scenarios, detect bugs) and into Automation Testing with tools like Selenium and Java. Along with this, stakeholder management, client interaction, and leadership qualities are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• 1- 4 years of experience in Automation testing design and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Hands-on experience in Java and integration testing with Selenium (TestNG, Maven, POM, Data-Driven, Jenkins, Reporting) or Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of Backend API Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing manual test plans and scripts for complex systems.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with test cases and defect management tools.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience with browser debugging and profiling tools.
• Ability to identify test data requirements and generate necessary data.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate application behavior and detect potential issues.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale web-based applications testing.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Participation in process improvements, design reviews, and recommending product enhancements.

Skills & Experience:
