Job Description

• Review equipment orders for accuracy and completeness, including verification of resale pricing, cost calculations, and supporting documentation.
• Process equipment orders from receipt through completion, ensuring timely and accurate order entry.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to facilitate customer deposits and obtain necessary credit approvals.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to manage vendor deposit invoices, final invoicing and customer billing activities.
• Generate work orders for the Dispatch Team to initiate equipment startup and installation activities.
• Monitor and run system-generated reports multiple times daily, including SXC reports, to track order status and identify issues requiring attention.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during peak business periods.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or one to three years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve routine operational issues.
