Our GBS is looking for a Automation Project Coordinator to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

- Developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, testing plan and resource allocation;

- Leading and coordinating project teams;

- Assess Projects Efficiency and Value Creation;

- Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify and Manage Stakeholder Communication;

- Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications;

- Monitoring project progress, adjusting schedules as needed, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones;

- Elaborate Project Documentation like reports, plans, and records of decisions;

- Ability to perform data analysis.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or Equivalent
- Previous experience in Quality Department, Material Planner, Traffic Scheduler is a plus
- Strong Know-How of end-to-end processes (Controlling, Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Transports and/or Quality )
- Good overall IT skills (data management + communication tools)
- SAP FCS knowledge is a plus
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and/or AI Platform knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft Power BI know-how is a plus
- Previous experience in Project Management
