With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.
And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring π€
β’ Strong experience with Python scripting, modular development, logging, and error handling.
β’ Hands-on experience building monitoring and observability solutions with Grafana.
β’ Solid understanding of metrics, logs, traces, KPIs, SLIs/SLOs, and monitoring best practices.
β’ Experience integrating data sources such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, SQL/NoSQL databases, or APIs.
β’ Good knowledge of Linux environments, automation workflows, and collaborative DevOps practices.
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining Python-based automation solutions while implementing monitoring and observability platforms with Grafana. You will collaborate with cross-functional IT and operational teams to improve reliability, automate repetitive processes, and ensure real-time visibility across systems and services. You will also contribute to data pipelines, alerting strategies, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability and operational excellence.
