The Automation & Modernization Manager is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining and governing the target architecture for AI, automation, integrations, and business intelligence (BI) solutions across the organization. The role leads two closely aligned teams: the Integrations, Data & BI team and the Automation team focused on the Auxis Prometheus program. In addition to platform and architecture leadership, this role provides strong oversight of AI‑oriented development practices, ensuring modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards are applied across AI, data, and automation initiatives. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Automation & Modernization Manager ensures solutions are modular, scalable, secure, and production‑ready.
