Responsibilities:

• Ensure the operation, stability, and continuous evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions within the Automation CoE.
• 
  Act as an operational reference for automation platforms, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, production stability, and process optimization.
• 
  Analyze existing automation workflows, identify issues, and implement corrective and preventive improvements.
• 
  Design and develop new automation flows in collaboration with different business units.
• 
  Contribute to innovative automation initiatives, particularly in agentification and AI-driven workflows.
• 
  Work extensively with Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath, and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• 
  Propose and implement enhancements to existing automations using agentic workflow concepts and modern automation practices.
• 
  Ensure governance, compliance, scalability, and quality of automation and agent-based solutions in production environments.
• 
  Support incident, problem, and change management processes within IT operations environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting and maintaining automation solutions (Run & Maintain / ROS environments).
• 
  Strong troubleshooting and production support experience for automation platforms.
• 
  Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath, Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• 
  Experience monitoring executions, analyzing logs, and handling incidents and failures.
• 
  Understanding of RPA concepts and automated workflow operations in production.
• 
  Knowledge of agentification and agentic workflow concepts.
• 
  Familiarity with agent governance principles.
• 
  Experience working within ITSM, incident, problem, and change management environments.
