In the team, we ensure manufacturing equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently by strengthening technical standards, optimizing maintenance strategies, and continuously developing maintenance capabilities.

MISSION

In this role, he/she/they will:

  1. Drive automation equipment reliability

Develop and improve technical standards and maintenance strategies for automation systems and manufacturing equipment to enhance reliability, availability, and equipment durability.

  1. Provide technical support and continuous improvement

Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot recurring failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve machine performance while optimizing maintenance costs.

  1. Develop maintenance capabilities

Build technical competencies within maintenance teams through coaching, training, knowledge sharing, and standardized maintenance practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and maintaining machine technical standards, documentation, and maintenance instructions
  • Supporting equipment setting, commissioning, adjustment, calibration, and troubleshooting
  • Developing and optimizing preventive maintenance plans and equipment obsolescence strategies
  • Providing technical support for automation and equipment breakdowns and eliminating recurring failures
  • Monitoring and controlling machine technical parameters to ensure stable equipment performance
  • Driving improvements in machine availability, reliability, and TRS/OEE performance
  • Optimizing spare parts requirements and maintenance costs
  • Conducting technical analysis and identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance
  • Developing technical training materials, one-point lessons, and maintenance guidelines
  • Coaching maintenance teams and strengthening Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance competencies
  • Collaborating with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in automation maintenance, electrical maintenance, control systems, or manufacturing engineering
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and maintenance principles
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Business proficiency in Thai and English
