Ahti Interiors is a design-led premium bathroom and sanitary-ware brand operating across Indonesia. We work with architects, developers, and hospitality groups on residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality products through a complex end-to-end operation: sales, custom manufacturing, logistics, installation, after-sales, and finance across multiple legal entities.

We are a structured, growing business that now needs to systemise, automate, and intelligently scale without losing control, quality, or accountability.

Tasks

The Role

We are hiring a hands-on Automation Lead to take ownership of reviewing, redesigning, and automating Ahti’s core business processes from A to Z, wherever it makes sense.

This role is not about experimenting with tools or “adding AI for the sake of it.”

It is about building a robust operational nervous system — using automation and AI to reduce manual work, prevent errors, and enforce consistent execution across teams.

You will sit at the intersection of operations, systems, and applied AI.

Requirements

You likely have:

• Experience in: Operations, RevOps, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation
• Experience working with:
• CRM / ERP systems
• Automation tools (no-code + light-code)
• AI used in real operational environments
• Experience in:
• Scale-ups or growing SMEs

You are:

• Highly structured and systems-driven
• Comfortable challenging founders constructively
• Obsessed with reducing complexity, not adding it
• Able to think strategically and execute hands-on
