The Automation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of automation projects, with a primary focus on the Electrical, Industrial IT, and Automation (EIA) phase. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with organizational standards. The role serves as the central point of accountability for project scheduling, staffing, and stakeholder communication throughout the EIA process.
When large-scale projects, manage a functional team to perform the following phases or in smaller projects, perform the following phases:
Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer.
Experience: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience Or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
This position requires proficiency in English, as the nature of the duties involves regular communication with clients across Canada and the United States. The requirement for English is essential to perform these responsibilities effectively. French speaker will be also a plus in the process.
Travel: up to 30% required
