Job Description – QA Automation Lead
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in automation framework development and test strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Web, API, and Integration testing, along with CI/CD and modern AI-driven testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA automation strategy across Web, API, and Integration testing.
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
Define test plans, test strategies, and ensure end-to-end test coverage.
Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and E2E tests.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, manage defects, and coordinate with development teams.
Track QA metrics and provide release readiness reports.
Mentor QA engineers and conduct automation code reviews.
Drive automation best practices and continuous process improvements.
Adopt modern automation and AI-driven testing practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience in QA automation and framework development.
Hands-on experience in Web, API, and Integration testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automation integration.
Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, and QA methodologies.
Experience with defect management and QA reporting.
Good programming/scripting skills and Git experience.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Experience mentoring QA engineers.
Exposure to AI-enabled testing tools is preferred.
