What Were Looking For:
Individuals who can design end-to-end automation workflows, integrate multiple systems, reduce manual work, and improve process efficiency. You should be able to understand operational challenges and convert them into clean, automated solutions using the tools you are most comfortable with.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize automation workflows
Integrate CRMs, ATS systems, marketing tools, and business apps
Automate repetitive tasks such as email sequences, data transfers, notifications, and reporting
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain workflow reliability
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver automation solutions for clients
Recommend best practices and new tools to improve efficiency
