Job Description

As an Automation expert you will design, develop and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will have strong technical expertise in backend scripting, database management, and low-code automation platforms, with a passion for solving complex workflow challenges.

• Design and develop automation solutions using Python.
• Build, optimize, and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures using SQL.
• Develop and deploy applications, flows, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform like Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI.
• Integrate systems and APIs across multiple platforms.
• Automate manual business processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automation workflows.

You have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering/ IT/ Computers with 10-15 years of experience working in Python scripting and automation frameworks.
• Design and develop automation solutions using Python.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL)

• Understanding of data modeling and database optimization
• Experience in workflow automation and RPA concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based deployments
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
