Currently we are looking for:

Automation Engineer with UiPath, Blue Prism, or AI Agent Technologies

Your key responsibility will be the maintenance of customers' robotic environments, with a specific focus on process-level issues. In this role, you will respond to tickets registered in our ticketing system, ensure the smooth operation of customer processes, collaborate with other teams and departments, and participate in internal initiatives. You will play vital role in ensuring compliance with operational procedures, SLAs, and security requirements

We believe you are a great match if you are passionate about automation and have a strong troubleshooting mindset. As the role involves regular interaction with customers, you should have previous experience in customer service or a similar support role, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience with at least one of the following areas (UiPath, Blue Prism, AI Agents). Additional experience in automation, other RPA technologies or AI-related solutions is a plus

  • Have experience in a customer facing role, ideally with big corporate environments with multiple stakeholders

  • Worked in an intercultural environment and have good understanding, that the communication is more than just sending a quick message.

  • Are passionate about continuous improvement how can we offer the best support (some of our customers worked with since the beginning of our operations)

  • Feel confident communicating verbally and in writing in both Finnish and English
