Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial control and equipment.
• Lead the installation, testing, setup, and system integration of new machinery and automated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control system issues to ensure maximum machine uptime.
• Implement automation upgrades to boost production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce manual labor.
• Partner with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to execute automation projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Educate and support maintenance and operational staff on control systems and equipment operation.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (configurations, schematics, SOPs) and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and SHE safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
• 3 years working with industrial machinery, including setup, testing, and commissioning in a factory environment.
• Able to program PLCs as well as design, setup, and troubleshoot HMI screens.
• Strong understanding of mechanical parts, electrical systems, and machine controls.
• Good understanding of standard machine communication networks.
• Able to check machine performance data to speed up production and fix bottlenecks.
• Familiar with factory safety rules and risk assessment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work well with other teams to make improvements.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
