Job Profile Automation Engineer & Business Analyst - Automotive Aftersales Applications Automate Testing. Translate Requirements. Deliver Reliable Solutions.

We are looking for an Automation Engineer & Business Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality automotive aftersales applications used by workshops, service technicians, and vehicle owners.

This role combines Business Analysis, Test Automation, Application Validation, and External Team Coordination. It is ideal for professionals who can translate business requirements into effective validation strategies and scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, validation strategies, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and vendors to clarify requirements.
• Understand business processes, identify gaps, and support effective issue resolution.

✅ Test Automation

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and reusable automation frameworks.
• Apply industry-standard automation tools and technologies.
• Improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Support continuous testing and automation within CI/CD pipelines.

✅ Application Validation

Validate applications supporting automotive aftersales processes across:

• Web applications
• Desktop applications
• Mobile applications
• Backend systems and services
• Customer-facing digital solutions

✅ Testing & Quality Assurance

Perform and support:

• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Integration Testing
• End-to-End Testing
• Application and Release Validation

✅ External Team Coordination

• Coordinate with external automation and validation teams.
• Monitor quality, delivery schedules, and adherence to testing standards.
• Review testing outcomes and follow up on identified issues.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

✅ Quality Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Track test coverage, quality metrics, automation progress, and validation status.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation effectiveness.
• Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and continuous quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on scripting and automation capabilities with a clear understanding of business processes, Agile delivery, and quality assurance. Experience in automotive aftersales applications, workshop systems, diagnostics, or customer-facing digital solutions would be an advantage.
