Design, develop and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
Analyse business processes and identify new opportunities for automation
Build integrations and automation components using C#, Python and TypeScript
Monitor, maintain and continuously improve existing automation solutions
Contribute to our migration from on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Explore and prototype agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions to enhance automation capabilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver automation projects aligned to strategic objectives
Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team
Produce clear technical documentation to support long-term scalability and operational excellence

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Around 2–5 years' experience delivering RPA solutions in production environments
Hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
Strong development skills in at least two of the following: C#, Python or TypeScript
Knowledge of APIs, web technologies and general IT infrastructure
Experience of cloud technologies, ideally Google Cloud Platform, or a willingness to develop your cloud expertise
Interest in AI-driven automation and emerging technologies such as agentic AI and LLMs
Experience using Git or similar version control tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
