Your Job
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity in operations.
Our Team
You will work closely with Production team under the supervision of Reliability Capability.
What You Will Do
• Take care of PLC and visualization system for the plant
• Assist maintenance planning (as required) to evaluate machine repair (PLC and visualization) plans and improvement
• Work with operations and maintenance (supervisors and operators) to identify and execute opportunities for improvement to the equipment to prevent or minimize downtime
• Coordinate and work with equipment manufacturers and outside vendors to provide support to operations and maintenance to improve repair effectiveness.
• Network with other Guardian, KII, and external partners to understand and apply best knowledge to the maintenance and operation of our equipment
• Participate in the projects and capital processes representing maintenance and operations to ensure that equipment is designed to be operated and maintained consistent with plant expectations.
• Own the spare parts program; Determine which parts need to be maintained to operate the facility consistent with Guardian’s risk profile
• Conduct maintainability studies to understand and minimize MTTR
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in preferred electrical/control/Instrument engineering.
• 3-5 years’ experience in electrical and automation system.
• Experiences in Siemens PLC and drives.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learning, service mind and working as team.
• Good communication in English
