As an Automation Engineer you will be responsible for working closely with Automation & AI and members of the business to automate end-to-end solutions that increase efficiency and advance functional capabilities You will contribute in the planning, design, development and implementation of integrated technology solutions that support and enhance our automation program’s goals here at Wexner Medical Center. You will be Responsible for the engineering, build, configuration, integration, performance optimization, and assists in the end-to-end testing of our tool platforms (i.e. UiPath, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, etc.) to ensure stability, reliability, and acceptable performance. Plans and validates upgrades of infrastructure and support systems in accordance with ITIL best practices. Responsible for projects that range from small to large in scope, risk and impact. Contributes to strategic projects by evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures and/or workflows needs associated with automation technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), with at least two years of experience in agentic development, complemented by strong skills in design thinking and problem-solving.
