This role places you at the center of next-generation enterprise automation, where AI-driven agents and advanced RPA technologies reshape how complex business processes are executed at scale. You will design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that combine APIs, AI agents, orchestration, and cloud infrastructure to enable end-to-end process transformation. Working in a highly technical and collaborative environment, you will partner with business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into scalable automation systems. The position requires strong expertise in modern automation platforms and a passion for building resilient, reusable, and high-performing solutions. You will also contribute to the evolution of Agentic Process Automation (APA), ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards. This is a high-impact role for engineers who want to shape the future of AI-powered work.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation and Agentic Process Automation (APA) solutions to solve complex enterprise challenges.
  • Build and maintain automation components using platforms such as Automation Anywhere A360, including API tasks, AI agents, document automation, and orchestration tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop reusable libraries, frameworks, and components to improve efficiency and standardization across automation initiatives.
  • Integrate automation systems with external platforms and APIs to enable seamless end-to-end workflows across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance models, version control practices, and automation lifecycle best practices.
  • Perform testing, validation, and optimization of automation and AI models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
  • Monitor automation pipelines and continuously improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support Agile and DevOps processes, contributing to continuous delivery and iterative improvement of automation solutions.
  • Document technical solutions, frameworks, and operational guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
    • 7+ years of experience in automation engineering, RPA development, or AI-driven automation solutions.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 and APA-related modules.
    • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other modern scripting/programming languages.
    • Strong knowledge of API development, system integration, and data flow architecture.
    • Experience designing scalable, secure, and modular automation frameworks.
    • Understanding of machine learning concepts, data structures, and software development lifecycle principles.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deployment and automation environments.
    • Knowledge of RPA governance, bot lifecycle management, and version control practices.
    • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in automation delivery.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
    • Experience in mentoring or guiding junior engineers is a strong plus.
