1、负责工厂制造自动化项目的推行，根据产品的制造工艺流程识别自动化的机会，提出自动化的解决方案并联系供应商一起组织实施，安装和调试。
2、非标自动化设备总体方案框架设计，确保工艺需求/精益生产需求/人机工程需求被充分考虑 。
3、非标自动化设备核心结构或模块的设计开发和测试工作，不断开发测试新解决方案以支持新自动化项目或现有设备进行持续改造。
4、非标自动化设备核心结构和模块标准化推行。
5、分析和处理解决自动化设备调试和运行中的失效以及疑难杂症，并提出结构优化方案。
6、对已识别的自动化需求做可行性及投资收益分析。
7、上司安排的非常规性工作。
Qualifications
1、本科及以上学历， 机械设计相关专业 ；
2、5年以上非标自动化设备结构设计经验，项目经验优秀可放开工作年限要求；
3、熟悉自动化设备开发流程，具有非标自动化设备开发设计经验；
4、精通机械设计专业知识(如公差配合)及常用标准件的选型计算；
5、熟练使用Auto CAD 及 Solidworks进行机械结构设计；
6、具有精益基础知识 良好的项目管理能力；
7、良好的英语读写听说能力，口语流利沟通。
