Wat ga je doen?
Je bent samen met je Automation‑collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het volledige automatisatiebeheer binnen de technische dienst
Je werkt verbeteringsvoorstellen uit en implementeert aanpassingen op kranen en straddle carriers
Je ondersteunt techniekers bij het troubleshooten van complexe problemen met drives, PLC’s, scanners en andere automatisatiecomponenten
Je stelt functionele beschrijvingen, procedures en testplannen op
Je volgt nieuwe technologieën op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van automatisatieprojecten
Je bent nauw betrokken bij (her)indienstnames van installaties en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplevering volgens de opgestelde testplannen
Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de IT‑afdeling bij kraan-gerelateerde projecten
Wat breng jij mee?
Minstens een diploma bachelor Automatisatie of 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een automatisatieomgeving
Grondige kennis en ervaring met één of meerdere PLC‑systemen: ABB, Siemens S7 Classic of TIA Portal (S7‑1500)
Ervaring met data tracing tools zoals SPS Analyzer
Kennis van aandrijfsystemen (bij voorkeur Siemens)
Kennis en ervaring met communicatienetwerken zoals Profibus en Profinet
Ervaring in programmeren en troubleshooten van scanners, lasers en sensoren
Je bent flexibel, zelfstandig, projectmatig en proactief
Sterk analytisch denkvermogen, ruimtelijk inzicht en oog voor verbetering van werkprocessen
Vlotte communicatie, vloeiend Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels
Affiniteit met kranen is een troef maar geen vereiste
Bereidheid om in het weekend te werken indien nodig; je werkt in dagdienst
Doorgedreven pc‑kennis en vlot gebruik van de basis Office‑pakketten
Stressbestendigheid, geen hoogtevrees en een sterke focus op veiligheid volgens de DP World‑voorschriften
