Main Role & ResponsibilitiesSystem design and implementation of Robotic Tending System for CNC MachinesPerforms servicing and maintenance of equipment and system, installationCollects and monitors customer equipment performance indices and performs schedulespreventive maintenance (PM) with customer when requiredLiaises with customer directly for their requirementsVisit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing.Project coordination for installation and training.Plans and proposes project deadlines and carries out the tasks accordinglyPerform on-call and standby duty as requiredInitiative to identify and resolve technical issuesTeam player & meticulous and attention in detailsPositive attitude in customer servicingGood housekeeping practices
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering(Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.Class 3 driving licence or Class 2 driving licence.Experience in setting up and servicing of CNC machines, interfacing between robotics and CNCcontrollers, vision systems as well as PLC control system.Highly independent individual with excellent problem-solving skills.Hands-on individual with competency in both electronics, electrical systems and mechanicalsystems.Good communication skills.Full-Time positions available.
