Job Purpose

We are seeking an Automation Developer/Engineer to help maintain, enhance, and grow our continually evolving business application. Originally built as a communication platform between our company and our nationwide client base, the application has expanded significantly and now supports many of our core business functions, including client billing, employee payroll, and other internal operations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys building scalable, reliable systems and thinking beyond traditional approaches. This is a full-time position. Candidates should also have experience with Kubernetes, Playwright, and end-to-end automation strategies to support application reliability, scalability, and efficient CI/CD processes.

Duties Include

• Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Automate UI, API, and performance testing for web-based applications.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to manage test environments within Kubernetes.
• Monitor and improve test execution performance, reporting, and failure analysis processes.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to improve test coverage, application quality, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation and testing issues within containerized environments.
• Optimize and scale automation frameworks to support microservices-based architectures.
• Participate in Agile development processes, preferably within a Scrum environment.
