[職務介紹]
本職務專注於控制系統的底層核心與應用層開發，涵蓋作業系統移植（OS Porting）、驅動程式撰寫、API介面設計及 EtherCAT 等工業通訊整合。
需要在 Linux、Windows 及即時作業系統（RTOS）等多樣化平台上，構建並優化機械運動控制所需的軟體功能。
[主要工作內容]
1. 負責即時作業系統（RTOS）的移植、優化與系統整合。
2. 開發與維護底層驅動程式（Device Driver）及系統服務（Service）。
3. 實作與優化工業通訊協定，重點包含 EtherCAT Master/Slave Stack 的整合與開發。
4. 設計控制系統 API 介面，並處理底層通訊與上層應用的資料交換。
5. 解決跨平台系統整合問題，確保軟體在各種機械應用場景下的穩定性與即時性。
[人才需具備]
1. 資訊工程、電機、機械或自動化相關領域的學士或碩士學位。
2. 熟 C/C++ 程式語言及相關開發工具。 歡迎具備資訊、電機或機械控制背景的社會新鮮人（含各大專院校、工研院經歷者）加入。
3. 具備 Linux 平台系統程式設計經驗（如 OS Porting、Device Driver）為佳。
4. 具備 Windows 平台系統程式設計經驗（如 Device Driver、Service）為佳。
5. 有 RTOS（如 Xenomai, RTAI, INTIME 等）應用程式開發經驗是重要加分。
6. 熟悉 EtherCAT 通訊協定架構，具備相關開發或除錯經驗者優先錄取。
