Monitor, operate, and adjust automated control systems to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations
Analyze real-time process data and alarms to diagnose issues and initiate corrective actions
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize system performance
Support system troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate operational documentation and communicate system status across shifts
Strong proficiency in operating automated control systems. Knowledge of technology enabled operations, automation, control systems, data flows, and system performance monitoring.
Ability to quickly assess abnormal conditions, determine root causes at ahigh level, and take appropriate action. You should be comfortable making decisions under pressure while maintaining a safety first mindset.
Demonstrated success working with diverse teams maintenance technicians, engineers, supervisors, and operators to resolve issues and optimize system performance. Clear communication is essential.
A strong commitment to safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality. Taking ownership of maintaining a stable, controlled operating environment.
Comfort working with evolving automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools, systems and processes. You approach challenges with curiosity, resilience, and continuous improvement mindset.
This role is based in an industrial manufacturing setting and involves working with advanced automation and control systems. The position may require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as time spent in control rooms and production areas following all safety standards.
