Job Description

• Develop and implement action plans and programs aimed at ensuring the professional maintenance management of equipment within automatic line.
• Develop and implement tools to achieve and maintain overall equipment effectiveness above the established target, while respecting and following the required quality standards in automatic line.
• Supervise maintenance and production teams to ensure production schedules are met, as well as Safety, Quality, and Productivity indicators.
• Ensure the application of SPW methodology, primarily supporting Safety, Focus Improvement & PM.
  
  

Qualifications

Basic Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Body Shop or similar areas.
• Preferred Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or Controls with experience in Automatic Lines.
• English proficiency: 80%.
• Knowledge and handling of Allen Bradley processors.
• Availability for flexible schedules and shift rotation.
• Programming of Nachi and Fanuc robots.
• Handling of DeviceNet and Ethernet networks.
• Resistance welding in servo gun applications.
• Handling of process line conveyors.
• Pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics systems.
