About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Automation and Test Analyst to design, develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and testing strategies to deliver high-quality, reliable software that supports Lifeblood’s life-saving work.
Reporting to the Test Lead, you’ll join a supportive team of Software Automation Analysts, particularly in the areas of testing tools and testing automation, to enhance our testing tools, frameworks, and automation practices. This role provides high-level thought and technical leadership for test automation activities/processes, test automation tools, DevOps practices, and programming skills in at least one language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, Java, or Python.
You’ll also play a key role in guiding best practice, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Validation and Application Specialists to plan and execute system testing. Together with business stakeholders, you’ll support user acceptance testing.
