The Expertise You Have

· 5–6 years of experience in test automation (web + API)

· Strong programming skills in: Java ,JavaScript (must-have, strong proficiency)

· Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as:Rest Assured,Playwright,Karate,Cypress

· Experience in designing scalable automation frameworks from scratch

· Strong understanding of test strategy, test design, and QA methodologies

· Experience with API testing, validation, and mocking

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

· Good understanding of version control systems (Git)

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have

· Experience in finance/banking domain (payments, lending, trading, or core banking systems)

· Understanding of financial regulations, data security, and compliance testing

· Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)

· Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)

· Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Soft Skills

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to drive quality initiatives independently
