Our Exciting Opportunity:


We are now looking for an 24/7 Automated Operations Engineer, responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

You will:


• Proactively monitor the performance, status, and health of systems to detect and address possible failures, ensuring timely restoration and recovery.
• Ensuring continuous 24/7 phone availability and providing effective technical support while fostering strong collaboration with field operations.
• Managing the tickets in SLA and troubleshooting network faults in alignment with SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensuring quality in ticket handling, emails and incidents management by following established procedures.
• Handle all interactions (e-mails, calls, TTs) with a customer-oriented mindset.

To be successful in the role you must have:


• Understanding telecommunication networks and network elements;
• A good understanding of RAN & Core Network domains is required
• Ability to react quickly
• Solid understanding of operations in a multivendor environment within Managed Services.
• Proficient in English;
• Availability to work in shifts (day and night) & public holidays
• Able to collect, classify and interpret information;
• Perseverance, initiative, collaboration, self-confidence, practical spirit.
• Problem solving & critical thinking
• Clarity and coherence in expression
• Distributed attention
