Your missions :

The Autogenous Vaccines Coordinator plays a central role in managing, coordinating and optimising the delivery of Autogenous Vaccines (AV) for veterinary clients. The role strengthens client relationships, supports commercial strategy, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides cross-functional coordination to enable timely, compliant and high-quality vaccine production. This position also contributes to disease monitoring, innovation, and the ongoing development and visibility of AV services across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer & Client Relationship Management

• Strengthen relationships with veterinary clients, including regular face-to-face visits.
• Maintain close communication with Large Animal AV customers to support effective order flow.
• Promote AV services, diagnostic capabilities, and new developments to veterinary practices.

1. Forecasting & Commercial Support

• Prepare vaccine projections across all Swine & Poultry practices to improve demand planning.
• Support commercial strategy, pricing structures, and product positioning for AV.
• Contribute to order generation and follow-up activities.

1. Market Expansion & Service Promotion

• Work with Commercial and Marketing teams to increase awareness of AV solutions.
• Support advertising and communication initiatives for AV and diagnostic services.
• Participate in EU AV platform meetings to contribute insights, alignment and best practice sharing.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

• Manage OFST records and associated compliance paperwork.
• Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate required paperwork, including Order Statements, Veterinary Prescriptions, OFST paperwork, Product Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets

1. Technical Coordination & Internal Veterinary Support

• Work closely with internal veterinary teams to support antigen optimisation for Swine Poultry and Ruminant species.
• Support scientific and technical discussions relating to formulations, isolates and concentrations.
• Promote R&D innovations such as Swine Rotavirus and MonoVac developments.

1. Production & Workflow Coordination

• Serve as the liaison between Sales Order Processing, Supply Chain, Laboratory Technicians, Veterinary Teams, and European AV sites (e.g., Filavie, Biovac).
• Lead the entry, planning, and checking of AV orders within the production schedule.
• Coordinate smoothly across functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant vaccine delivery.

1. Order Formulation & Production Support

• Prepare draft blend sheets, including formulations, isolate details and concentration specifications.
• Assist in all steps of order formulation from intake to production readiness.

1. Product Literature & Labelling

• Generate electronic product literature (E‑Prod Lit).
• Produce bottle labels for OFST, FVP (scope to be improved and finalised).
• Support the creation and maintenance of client-facing product information.

1. Disease Monitoring & Industry Awareness

• Keep updated on emerging and rising diseases relevant to animal health and AV demand.
• Communicate findings internally where relevant to support commercial and technical planning.
