Job Description
This new role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact manufacturing efficiency and product scalability. You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and advancement of intelligent 3D product models, automation logic, and digital libraries using Autodesk Inventor.
Working at the intersection of design and production, you will ensure a seamless model-to-manufacturing workflow by integrating design intent, bill of materials (BOM), fabrication requirements and downstream production processes.

Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain parametric 3D models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor
• Develop and manage Content Center libraries and custom components
• Build and support iLogic-driven configurators and automation tools
• Develop Python scripts to automate workflows, validation, reporting, and system integration
• Use SQL to manage structured product data, configuration tables, and BOM logic
• Ensure models are production-ready for fabrication and installation
• Lead onboarding and training for production teams and support adoption of new processes
• Establish and maintain modeling standards, templates, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support during process improvements and transitions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly across design, engineering, and production teams
Requirements:
▪ Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
▪ Strong Autodesk Inventor experience (parametric modeling & assemblies)
▪ Experience with iLogic or similar design automation tools
▪ Understanding of manufacturing-driven design and BOM structures
Nice to have:
▪ Python scripting for engineering automation
▪ SQL / database-driven product configuration
▪ Experience with facade, fenestration, or building systems
▪ Exposure to IoT-enabled fabrication or digital manufacturing tools
▪ Strong collaboration across internal teams
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually
