Onsite/WFH/Hybrid | Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu

Work Schedule:
9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) | 7:00AM to 4:00PM (PH)

We’re a well-established company in the formwork and concrete structures industry, looking for a Structural Draftsperson with CAD expertise and a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively, and contributing to a range of diverse construction projects — this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Producing detailed structural drawings for formwork systems and concrete structures

  • Interpreting architectural and structural plans into practical, buildable solutions

  • Collaborating with engineers, project managers and site teams

  • Assisting in resolving design and construction challenges

  • Delivering high-quality drafting work using CAD software


Requirements


What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who:

  • Qualification in Structural Drafting (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)

  • Previous experience working with concrete structures

  • Strong attention to detail and technical drafting ability

  • Team player with effective communication skills
