Job Description

This is a full time on-site role for an estimator/parts manager at our Uxbridge, ON location. The estimator/parts manager will evaluate vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, order parts and communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies and parts providers. Scrub and finalize estimates for supplements part price changes and send to insurance companies for payment. Collaborating closely with technicians and team members, the estimator/parts manager will ensure smooth repair processes, maintain accurate records through notes and deliver high-quality service to customers. Order/source parts through Progi parts, email and phone. Label, mirror match and check parts for damages when delivered.

Requirements

- Proficiency in damage assessment and preparing detail repair plans.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, insurance representatives and parts suppliers.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively a must.

- Knowledge of automotive(OEM) refinishing and repair processes.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast paced environment.

- Problem solving skills and attention to details.

- Previous experience in an automotive collision environment.

- Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Audatex (Qapter) and Mitchell Repair Center.

- Knowledge of Body Shop Connect an asset

- Valid driver license

- I-Car or any OEM or related training is of value as you will be expected to do training to keep up with industry standards or repair procedures.

- Can read write and speak English fluently.
