Key Required Proficiencies:
- Interact with Customers and Insurance personnel to determine damage repairs and estimated costs
- Order, track and check parts. Schedule customers appointments
- Communicate progress of repairs with Customers as well as Insurance companies
- Write up all estimates and supplements and submit them to an insurance company for approval
- Perform tasks as assigned by Management
Preferred Skills:
- Valid drivers license
- Licensed Massachusetts auto appraiser
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Customer
- Service Skills
- One year minimum experience
