About Adept Auto Repair

Adept Auto Repair is seeking Automotive Technicians of all experience levels in Madison, AL. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers a flat-rate pay structure with earning potential up to $125,000+ annually. Technicians work in a climate-controlled, well-equipped shop focused on craftsmanship, quality repairs, structured processes, and continued skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
• Perform automotive maintenance and complex repairs
• Work collaboratively with the technician and service teams
• Follow structured shop processes
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace
• Complete quality repairs with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience at any level
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills appropriate to experience level
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
• Ability to remain steady under pressure
• Commitment to learning and continued improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional shop environment
