Location: Manassas Park, Virginia
Schedule: Monday–Friday; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 AM–6 PM; Wednesday 9 AM–5 PM; no weekends
Pay Rate: $35–$50 per hour, based on skill and experience
Pay Type: Hourly plus productivity incentive bonus
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, check-engine-light, electrical, and electronic concerns on European vehicles
• Perform approximately a 50/50 mix of automotive diagnostics and repair work
• Complete brake, suspension, scheduled maintenance, tune-up, and general mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Perform digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric
• Complete supported bolt-on performance modifications
• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately and communicate findings to the service team
• Work with dedicated service advisors and a parts manager who support technician workflow

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong European automotive repair experience is required
• Solid automotive diagnostic ability and experience independently completing complex repairs
• Experience with Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz is preferred
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Own professional hand tools and a laptop for diagnostic and technical work
• ASE certifications, performance or aftermarket modification experience, and Tekmetric or digital vehicle inspection experience are helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $40–$50 per hour for A-Level Technicians
• $35–$38 per hour for strong B-Level Technicians
• Productivity incentive bonus opportunity in addition to hourly pay
• Bonus eligibility begins based on averaging approximately 5.5 hours turned per day for the month

The 8-bay facility has eight lifts, an alignment rack, heating, and air conditioning. The Monday–Friday schedule includes a shorter Wednesday, with technicians receiving pay for the additional hour.
