Earning Potential: Up to $83,000–$104,000+ annually, based on technician level and productivity

Technician Levels

B-Level Technician

• $30 per flagged hour.
• Earning potential up to $83,000 annually.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.

A-Level Technician

• $40 per flagged hour.
• Earning potential up to $104,000 annually.
• Perform advanced diagnostics plus mechanical and electrical repairs.

Experienced Master Technicians may earn more based on experience and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles.
• Perform maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Repair brakes, suspension, steering, engines, and drivability concerns.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Follow shop procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to continue learning and training.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
