Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

We’re looking for an A-Level Tech or strong B-Level Tech who:

● Has 5–10 years experience in a professional repair shop

● Brings real diagnostic capability, pride in workmanship, and can work independently

● Is a self-starter with energy and focus

● Can demonstrate technical proficiency (in-person interview includes an ASE-style technical test)

● Can rack a car, inspect it, and clearly communicate findings + next steps
