Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
Track and improve KPIs (sales goals, labor hours, closing rates, CSI)
Educate customers on maintenance and repair recommendations
Ensure every customer leaves confident, informed, and satisfied
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Service Writer / Advisor
Willing to Train the right individual who possess a customer first attitude
Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Dynamic, motivated, and hospitality-driven personality
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
