Pay Rate: $35–$45 per flagged hour

Pay Type: Flat rate + profit sharing

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

About Hiller Automotive

Hiller Automotive is seeking A-, B-, and strong C-Level Automotive Technicians in East Peoria, IL. Earn $35–$45 per flagged hour plus quarterly profit sharing with consistent workflow, transparent dispatch, ongoing training, and no weekends.

Technician Levels

C-Level Technician

• Brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and light engine repair.
• Expected production: 30–40 flagged hours per week.

B-Level Technician

• C-Level repairs plus diagnostics, engine performance, cooling systems, and moderate electrical work.
• Expected production: 35–45 flagged hours per week.

A-Level Technician

• Advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, timing belts and chains, and major engine repair.
• Full-spectrum mechanical repair capability.
• Expected production: 40–50+ flagged hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
• Experience working on all makes and models.
• Diagnostic and repair skills appropriate to your technician level.
• ASE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Own tools required.
• Team-oriented and willing to continue technical training.
