Automotive Service Advisor | No Weekends | $60K–$100K+

We're seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in the Wilmington, DE area to join a busy, high-performing repair facility serving a loyal customer base. This role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor or someone with strong automotive knowledge and exceptional customer service skills looking to grow their career.

What You'll Do

As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll help create an exceptional service experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues
• Create and manage repair orders
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers
• Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs
• Build estimates and secure approvals
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Order parts and monitor repair progress
• Provide timely updates throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate service records
• Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools
• Team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Daily team meeting at 7:45 AM
• No weekends
