About the Position

C&J Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor for its Lansdale, PA location. This is a customer-facing automotive service role for someone who can stay organized, communicate effectively, build customer relationships, and help keep daily service operations running smoothly.

The position pays $60,000–$80,000 per year and offers a Monday–Friday schedule. The Lansdale location has six bays and seven lifts, along with a team culture focused on strong morale, collaboration, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer intake and provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
• Schedule service appointments and help organize the daily workload.
• Build repair and maintenance estimates for customers.
• Present service recommendations and explain needed repairs clearly.
• Handle automotive service sales opportunities.
• Assist with inventory needs and organization.
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle's status and recommended services.
• Coordinate with technicians to help maintain an efficient workflow.
• Help deliver an organized, professional, and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Automotive service, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or ability to build and present repair estimates.
• Comfortable with automotive service sales.
• Strong organization and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a busy shop environment.
