Easy Auto Cleveland is hiring a Sales Rep who wants a real career — not a revolving-door job. We’re a family-run dealership group that specializes in financing solutions for every credit journey, helping people get into a reliable vehicle. It’s meaningful work, and we pay our people like we mean it.
• $5,000/month guaranteed base pay — that’s a guarantee, not a draw. You keep it whether you sell one car or twenty.
• Plus uncapped commission. Our average rep earns $80,000/year Top performers clear $100K–$200K
• ~ 40-hour weeks. Closed Sundays and you have another set day off each week. Monday–Friday 10:00–6:00, Saturday 9:30–5:30. That’s it. Go home, see your family.
• Real PTO — close to 2 weeks in year one, 3 weeks by year four, plus 6 paid holidays. You can even roll 7 days forward for a big trip or move.
• Full benefits — medical (company-contribution), dental, vision, short-term disability, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) with up to 4% match and immediate vesting.

• Help real people get into a vehicle they can count on
• Walk customers through the process with patience and honesty (no high-pressure tactics; that’s not how we do it)
• Learn our inventory, our financing programs, and our customer base inside and out
• Work hand-in-hand with our finance team to get deals across the finish line
• Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and own your numbers
• Hit your goals — and get paid well for blowing past them
• You’re coachable. You’d rather learn the right way than wing it. You take feedback without getting defensive.
• You've got drive. You bring the work ethic every single day — nobody has to light a fire under you. You'd rather be the hardest worker in the room than the loudest.

Requirements
• No sales or finance experience required. Two years of customer-facing work (any industry) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
