Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our Bonifacio Global City (BGC) office in the role of Auto Loans Underwriting Division Head

As Auto Loans Underwriting Division Head, you will lead, strategize, and manage the Auto Loans Underwriting Division from Pre Evaluation, Credit Underwriting, Quality Assurance and Vendor Management, to Reconsideration Processing to ensure smooth, accurate and timely processing of auto loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and supervises a division which performs evaluation of auto loan applications within prescribed turn-around-time while ensuring compliance to Bank and Regulatory bodies policies and procedures.
• Ensures delivery of the required number of approvals to achieve business targets/financial goals.
• Monitors the divisions productivity and performance through available MIS and recommendation of improvement plan when needed.
• Initiates, monitors, and implements process improvement and system enhancements to increase productivity, identification of gaps and risks and institution of controls to mitigate these risks.
• Strategizes and coordinates with the other Heads within Auto Loans Business on the soundness and effectiveness of the credit process which are critical to the achievement of business goals.
• Handles people management in terms of hiring, training, retention, career development, and performance appraisal.
• Provides reports required by AMLC within the deadline set by the AML Department.

What were looking for

• College graduate of any 4-year Business related course preferably with honors from a Tier 1 university.
• Proven track record with at least 3 years in leadership position.
• Experience in Compliance or Risk Management or Credit or Operations of Auto Loans, Credit Cards and Personal Loan Business.
• With organizational, problem solving, planning, analytical, mathematical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, plan and manage change.
