Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Tuguegarao with the role of Auto Loan Sales Officer.

In this role you will drive the achievement of auto loan sales targets by executing dealer-focused sales programs, managing application processing and account booking, resolving document deficiencies, overseeing receivables, and building strong dealer relationships. You will play a critical role in supporting one of the Bank's key revenue-generating businesses, delivering exceptional service while contributing to financial performance, operational excellence, and brand reputation.

What the role will entail

• Execute auto loan sales programs and drive business growth by maximizing relationships with accredited dealers.
• Provide dealers with timely and accurate updates on loan application status and credit decisions.
• Identify and endorse applications for reconsideration when appropriate to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate with dealers to resolve document deficiencies and ensure the timely booking of approved accounts.
• Manage dealer account receivables and support efficient account servicing processes.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with dealers to enhance engagement and business opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality service while contributing to the achievement of sales targets and overall portfolio growth.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree
• Strong background in sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of business operations, industry trends, and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in business development, product management, project management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while demonstrating sound decision-making and strategic thinking.
