Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auto-Loan Collections Senior Manager with a strong background in auto loan financing to lead and manage the full spectrum of our collections operationsfrom early-stage delinquent accounts to write-off and recovery accounts. The role is critical in formulating and implementing collection strategies, enforcing compliance with policies, and driving performance to minimize delinquency and credit losses

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related course.
• Candidate MUST possess 10 year working experience in auto loan collections, ideally within the banking industry. Preferably at least 7 years in auto loan.
  
• Strong knowledge of auto loan processes and collections systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-driven and proactive.
• Dynamic and can work well with all team members.

Location: Metro Manila

Work Set-up: Onsite

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM 5:30PM
