Job Summary

• Monitor and coordinate electrician daily activities to ensure electric works are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to company's standard and policies.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including schedule work order, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability. Long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability are successfully achieved. Prepare and submit relevant reporting tasks required in a timely manner, example; review and ensure correct details on work orders and regularly submit to planners for closing, ensure backlog parts are ordered, vendor time sheets and job cards are accurate. Work orders details are accurate and backlog parts are successfully ordered. Supervise auto electrical foremen activities to ensure work is mechanically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner. Electrical foremen working activities are mechanically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner. Responsible in maintaining and repairing Electrician system in site / project. Electrician systems in site / project are well-maintained and successfully repaired. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

High School Graduate of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Diploma with 1 year experiences in engineering (electrical).
• Good understanding of electrical equipment, any cable size and wires commonly used in electrical installing.
• Good understanding of electric installation.
• Understanding of business line requirements and production targets.
• Understanding of equipment availability and planning of repairs.
• Commitment and good communication and supervisory skill.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
