Job Description

The Automotive Service Support Representative provides essential administrative and customer service support to the Service Department. This position is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused experience while assisting with a variety of daily service operations.

Part Time Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm, Alternating Saturdays when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, parts, and general dealership information.
• Assist with cashier booth operations and customer transactions.
• Retrieve and pull up customer vehicles as needed.
• Provide support to the loaner vehicle desk and assist with related customer needs.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach throughout all interactions.
• Support the Service Department with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
• Perform all duties in accordance with ADA essential functions and dealership policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

ADA Essential Duties

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to operate phones, headsets, and computer systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and electronically.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
